Big John Mist Blowers
Big John Manufacturing produces a variety of high-powered mist sprayers to meet the complex needs of today’s growers. The Big John Mist Blower provides better coverage at a lower cost than you would incur from traditional application methods. Use the mist sprayers to spray insecticides, herbicides and fungicides. The mist blowers frames are made of extra heavy galvanized steel engineered to handle rough terrain and adverse operating conditions. We provide easy fill and cleaning round poly tanks with interchangeable tanks and saddles.
Our mist sprayers come in the standard 55 gallon unit, or an optional 110 Gallon tank and saddles upgrade is available. Big John mist sprayers are equipped with pressure gauges, electronic on / off controls, pressure regulator and strainers that are mounted for easy servicing and viewing. Our galvanized 3 nozzle volute is available in electric or hydraulic rotation frame allowing you to always spray in the optimal direction going left to right up to 210 degrees. Various volute and nozzle options are available. Big John mist blowers and sprayers use precision balanced heavy duty blower and wheel with a triple V belt drive engineered for long life and quiet performance.
For the first time ever, we have a mist sprayer that fits on each of your all terrain vehicles! Now you can spray in places that have been hard to reach in the past. Our mist blowers allow you to spray with safety in mind while using less product. They are ideal for greenhouse, nursery-container stock, right-of-way, livestock spraying, pastures and range land, orchards, small vineyards, vegetables, and premise spraying. Spray mosquitoes (such as West Nile), flies, grasshoppers & ticks, spray noxious weeds, broadleaf and brush too!
The self-contained, 2-cycle, 52.6 cc, 3.5 hp engine driven mist blower units has either a 24 or 55 gallon poly tank. A flexible cannon type volute with handheld or pedestal mounted handgun throttle control on the left side is provided for operator ease of use and safety. A 4-position liquid valve for complete control of liquid volume.
Big John’s powerful mist blowers allow you to efficiently spray fungicide, insecticide, and herbicide. Maximum spraying range - 38 feet horizontal, 31 feet vertical. Our All Terrain Mist Blowers will provide you with greater flexibility and more uniform coverage than a conventional sprayer.
Big John manufacturing also offers small spraying systems units in 12 volt spot sprayers with15 and 25 gallon tanks and contour tanks in 55 gallon 3pt, 40g gallon and 25 gallon pull type sprayers. Each spot sprayer tank has a 5” screw on lid as well as on the bottom of the tank is an insert to allow you to bolt the tank in place. The pump is a diaphragm type, capable of producing 5 ½ gpm and pressures up to 60 PSI. all sprayers come with optional hand spray gun with adjustable cone tip, 7’, 10’ and 14’ spray coverage booms or boomless nozzles that cover up to 30’.
